Your Parish Councillors

Wickersley Parish Council has 16 members who are re-elected every 4 years.

All Parish Councillors have to complete a register of interest form which is lodged with the principal authority, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC)

We are often looking for individuals with energy and passion, who want to make a positive difference and give back to their local community and become a parish councillor. We advertise any vacancies on our noticeboards and the website

Our Councillors say they find it a very rewarding role and that they enjoy being able to give something back to the local community.

The work they have planned for 2023/24 is detailed in the below Action Plan
