Rotherham should have hosted 'Yorkshire Day' for the county in 2020 but unfortunately Covid-19 put paid to that!!
Wickersley Parish Council was looking forward to playing its part and had an array of plans - including a special Saturday opening for a 'Yorkshire Day at Winthrop Gardens'; a 'Yorkshire Trail' around Wickersley - but these and more will have to wait until Rotherham is the host in 2022!
But in the meantime - it was 'Yorkshire Day 2020 in Wickersley' on the Parish Facebook page - scroll back through the posts to see some of the images, film clips, recipes etc
And of course, it was 'Yorkshire Day' on the Roundabout!
And there was bunting to spare to trim up some of our sheltered housing schemes
